Prevents punctures and stops deflation as you drive, seals a hole in the tread area the moment the puncture happens. Designed fro use in off road environments. Lasts the legal life of the Tyre. Provides a permanent seal to any hole in the tread area caused by puncturing objects up to 10mm. Oko will stay as liquid format in your tyres even after multiple seals. Protection against flat tyres – The cost of protecting a four-wheeled vehicle is far less than the cost of one tyre. Tyre life extension – By keeping air in the tyre, and cooling and conditioning it from inside, Oko extends tyre life by 20 % on average. Remolds- Oko causes no problems – The sealant washes out easily. Vulcanizing – Remove Oko with water and dry the tyre prior to vulcanization. Retreading – Often limited by the life of the tyre’s inner liner. Oko keeps a tyre in a like new condition longer allowing the casing to be retreaded more often. Oko assists in making retreads last longer. Non corrosive – Non flammable – Non hazardous – environmentally friendly. This product contains anti – corrosion agents that protect steel and alloy tyres. For slower moving vehicles – this is the product that we recommend – the off road product works well with inner tubes and tubeless tubes. Colour – Natural white – Viscous – Low odour. Oko – is also environmentally friendly and is certified to ISO 14001. As Oko is environmentally friendly – the product will improve your carbon foot print and because it is water soluble it can be easily and quickly be removed. Suitable for – Off road vehicles only – will seal holes up to 10mm. (THE PUMP REPLACES THE DRUM CAP). THIS PUMP IS ACTUATED WITH AN ADJUSTABLE COLLAR- THE DOSAGE CAN BE ADJUSTED IN 50 ML INCREMENTS FROM 50 ML UP TO A MAXIMUM OF 250 ML. Tools required – : Valve Core Remover Tool ; Spare valve core ; Clean rag / cloth. Will pump against 60 psi – if the tyre is above this pressure then you should remove the valve core and deflate the tyre to avoid damaging the pump. Pump – the downward stroke delivers 250 ml of Oko per full downward stroke – so for example if a tyre requires 1000 ml (1 litre) you would require 4 strokes. Pump – also has an adjustable collar to deliver smaller quantities, to make any required total amount. Unscrew the wing nut on the collar, move the bottom of the collar to the required line – this can be 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 ml. Then tighten the collar to reduce the stroke to the required amount. See our Tyre Charts or drum for installation quantities. A full set of instructions comes with the pump. Important Information – Cleaning of the pump. Wash the pump thoroughly after use. Place the bottom of the pump into a bucket of water and operate the handle until clear water flows through the hose end that is attached to the pump. This will ensure the pump lasts a long time. The label on the drum will tell you the exact quantity of tyre sealant that is required for each tyre. APPLIED THE CORRECT QUANTITY OF OKO, UNCLIP THE HOSE AND REPLACE THE VALVE CORE IMMEDIATELY, A VALVE CORE EXTRACTOR TOOL THAT GRIPS THE VALVE CORE MAKING THE JOB EASIER WHEN DEALING WITH THE INFLATED TYRE. INFLATE THE TYRE TO NORMAL PRESSURE, THE TYRE IS NOW PROTECTED WITH OKO TYRE SEALANT AND MAYBE PUT INTO SERVICE IMMEDIATELY. SHOULD A TYRE BECOME SOFT DURING USE THEN CHECK THE TYRE FOR PUNCTURING OBJECTS, THEN RE – INFLATE THE TYRE AND DRIVE THE VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY SO THAT YOU ARE ROTATING THE TYRE SEVERAL TIMES.
