Built by Commonwealth Gold medalist Wes Mason in 1981. Quite a rare bike, a tall 24ins/61cm frame suitable for inside leg of 79cm/31ins minimum! It’s got new Schwalbe 27 x 1 1/4 tyres & tubes, new SS cables, new brake blocks & new chain. Front rings are 53/43/28….. Freewheel is five speed and 14/32. With these ratios it is of course not perfect in every gear but you can find the gear for any hill…. Parts include Brooks saddle, Kyoto pro-ace pedals, Mafac brakes & levers, Campag hubs & headset, Suntour SVX front derailleur, Spécialités TA cranks. There’s paint wear.
