Premium – Order Monday, arrives to you Wednesday. We will need proof of damage so please include pictures clearly circled with chalk around showing where the issue is located. We will also need you to include a picture with the damage and the DOT code and date. Once we have received photographic evidence please allow up to 48 hours to process so we can take further action and proceed with resolving the issue.
